I sincerely want to thank Cass and the community for their hospitality the past five years. It meant a lot and what you were willing to do for me and helping me have a great home. Living on your own for the first time can be a scary thing, but you all made it so much easier and help me so much to be able to be in a position to do it! It was a great place to live, and that the new resident will receive the same quality of leadership that I have.

I have lived at CW for two years and it is a very nice apartment complex. Overall well maintained and clean, quiet. The rent is a little too pricey for the lack of amenities that is offered. Seems to be a constant switch in management and maintenance, making it hard to know who is in charge of what.

We have lived in Concord Woods 2x now and we love the amount of space these apartments have w/ washer & dryer connections! I think the price is the best bang for your buck, especially with current pricing I've seen at other complex's with smaller units. Maintenance was always quick to fix problems and we have had easy communication with Alex!
